The base rate for space rental varies depending on the stand type and the occupied area.
To participate in the exhibition, you must submit an application or contact the exhibition manager no later than the application deadline (March 31).
A company may participate as a co-exhibitor subject to approval by the Organizer.
Payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all participants.
It includes general security of the exhibition area, cleaning of aisles and public spaces, access to the Exhibitor’s Personal Account, placement of the company logo in the exhibition’s online catalog, and provision of the exhibition guide, badges, and an exhibitor certificate.

Additional services can be ordered by completing special forms that the manager will send after receiving your participation application. We recommend placing orders in advance, as the cost of equipment and services increases significantly after the established deadlines.
Badges can be collected at the Financial Control desk during the exhibition build-up period.
General security of the exhibition center is provided by Crocus Expo. Security services within the exhibition center may only be ordered through the Organizer.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their exhibits and personal belongings, especially while the pavilion is open to visitors. For this reason, we recommend ensuring constant staff presence at the stand.
The sale of exhibits and equipment, as well as the conclusion of commercial transactions at the exhibition, is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Retail sales of samples on the exhibition premises are prohibited.
The transfer of exhibits sold in advance from exhibition stands is not permitted until the exhibition has officially closed.

Wi-Fi is available in designated areas of the exhibition.
The printed catalog is freely available to visitors and participants during the exhibition days in the pavilion halls and at the business program venues.
The delivery of oversized exhibits is carried out strictly according to the Organizer’s schedule.
For vehicle access, an entry/exit authorization letter is required, as well as vehicle passes (if applicable) for access to the loading and unloading area. Instructions for completing the authorization letter and obtaining passes are provided in the list of services.
All loading and unloading operations must be performed exclusively using the facilities of Crocus Expo. Independent loading and unloading is prohibited. Violations are subject to significant penalties.
We also recommend reviewing the key documents in the “Documents for Exhibitors” section, which will help ensure smooth participation in the exhibition and prevent potential financial losses.
The Exhibition Management office can be located using the exhibition floor plan, which will be available on information boards and in the exhibition guide.
Removal of exhibits during the exhibition operating hours is not permitted. In case of violation, the Organizer reserves the right to impose a fine on the Exhibitor. The official move-out schedule is specified in the official documents for exhibitors.
