- A company may participate as a co-exhibitor subject to agreement with the Organiser.
- Payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all participants.
- It includes general security of the exhibition area, cleaning of aisles and public areas, access to the Exhibitor’s Personal Account, placement of the company logo in the online exhibition catalogue, provision of a guide, badges and a participant diploma.

- Additional services can be ordered by completing the application forms in the List of Services, which your manager will send you after receiving your participation application. We recommend submitting the application before the deadlines, after which the cost will increase significantly.

- General security of the Exhibition Centre is provided by Crocus Expo. Security services on the Exhibition Centre premises may only be ordered from the Organiser. Exhibitors must independently ensure the safety of their exhibits and personal belongings, especially while the pavilion is open to visitors; therefore, we recommend a constant presence at the stand.
- The sale of exhibits and equipment, as well as the conclusion of trade transactions at the exhibitions, is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Retail sale of samples on the exhibition premises is prohibited. The handover of pre-sold exhibits from stands is not permitted until the end of the exhibition.

- By car: Moscow, 65–66 km of the Moscow Ring Road MKAD (outer side), intersection with Volokolamskoe Highway. Attention! During the EXPO+ exhibitions, the number of parking spaces on the territory of Crocus Expo IEC will be significantly limited. We strongly recommend using park-and-ride facilities at «Volokolamskaya» or «Strogino» metro stations.

- The import of large-scale exhibits is carried out strictly according to the Organiser’s schedule.
- To bring in exhibits, you will need a letter of entry/exit and a vehicle pass for the transport delivering the exhibit to the loading/unloading area. The procedure for issuing the letter and obtaining passes is described in the List of Services.
- Loading and unloading operations are performed exclusively by the resources of Crocus Expo IEC. Own loading and unloading operations are prohibited. Significant fines are imposed for violations.
- We recommend familiarising yourself with the important documents that will help you successfully conduct the exhibition and avoid financial losses in the «Documents for Exhibitors» section.
You can find the management office on the exhibition layout, which will be available on the information stands and in the guide.
Removal of exhibits during the Event is prohibited. For violation of this provision, the Organiser has the right to impose a fine on the Exhibitor. The move-in/move-out schedule is sent to exhibitors prior to the build-up period.
